Weekly meal prep and catering from one small kitchen. Dishes centered around whole ingredients, fresh produce, and nourishing proteins. Baked goods made from local flour and naturally leavened with sourdough.

Appetizer platters, cakes, and baked goods for 10 to 50 guests. We'll help you design the perfect menu for your next party.
The menu never repeats exactly — it follows what's good that week. Here's what past weeks have looked like.
Skagit morels and the first shelling peas, farro cooked risotto-style with cultured butter.
Nettles blanched into a bright purée, green garlic confit, halibut roasted just under.
Ricotta from the week’s whey, zucchini grilled in long planks, torn basil and lemon.
Weekly rotating menu of 4-5 dishes based on seasonal ingredients.
Pick a minimum of 5 meals then add extras like sourdough focaccia, homemade hummus, or snacks specially made for kids.
Cooked and packaged Sunday then fulfilled Monday to start your week off right.
